The Public Utilities Commission of Texas (PUCT) passed Substantive Rule §251.181, which implements the energy efficiency goal of Senate Bill 7. These incentives created by this bill can fund all or part of your energy efficiency efforts, such as:

• Lighting Efficiency Efforts (Including outdoor Parking Lot lighting)
• Facility Renovations
• HVAC Retrofits
